Josh wasn’t just a coach. He was the soul of this space. The music was louder when he walked in, the laughs came easier, and the lifts somehow felt lighter. With a barbell in hand and a bad joke on standby, Josh made everyone feel stronger, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As cofounder of TSS and Jeanette’s life partner, his legacy runs deep in our walls, our mission, and our community. He believed in people before they believed in themselves. He taught us that strength isn’t just about muscles, it’s about how you show up, day after day, for yourself and the people around you.

Josh passed in 2023, but his energy lives on in every class, every rep, every shared smile, and every moment we remind someone just how capable they are.

Jeanette - Head Coach & Founder

Jeanette is the heart and engine of the gym. With deep roots in strength training, sports performance, and functional fitness, she’s all about helping people rediscover their confidence through what their bodies can do, not just how they look. Injury-aware and results-focused, she’s got a talent for making clients feel powerful, seen, and supported. Oh, and she’ll 100% call you out (lovingly) if you’re sandbagging a set.

Whether you’re hitting your first kettlebell swing or chasing your next PB, Bridgett brings the clarity, accountability, and encouragement to get you there. Chris brings a whole new dimension to the coaching team. Martial arts meets functional movement meets flow. With a laser focus on mobility, injury prevention, and mind-body awareness, he’s the go-to guy for improving how you move and feel in your body. He’s also brilliant with kids, bringing patience, energy, and fun to every youth session. Whether you’re stretching it out or getting fierce on the pads, Chris has your back (and your hamstrings).
