Josh has a certificate 3 in fitness and is currently working towards his certificate 4. He has a passion for Olympic lifting and enjoys doing Crossfit competitions with his partner (when she’s not pregnant 😉)
 
✨️What do you love most about coaching?
I love being able to help people learn new movements and see how happy they get when achieving their goals. It’s an amazing feeling 
 
✨️ What is your favourite exercise?
It’s hard to pick just one, but as much as I love a heavy deadlift I reckon bar muscle-ups would take the win 🏆 
 
✨️ How do you enjoy your downtime?
I try to spend most of my downtime with family 
 
✨️ If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? 
Donno to be honest I’m not really a traveler 🤷‍♀️

Coach Jeanette

Head coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Nutrition Specialist 

Jeanette is a qualified personal trainer and has been in the industry for 10 years. 
During that time she has educated herself in many modalities of training, falling in love with functional fitness and sports strength and conditions. 
As well as being a qualified personal trainer, Jeanette has a bachelor in nutrition and exercise science and loves to use that scientific knowledge to help her clients achieve their goals.
Jeanette loves netball and cannot wait to get back on the court in 2023.
 
✨️ What do you love most about coaching?
I love watching the growth of a client who is mastering a movement. Watching someone can go from not being able to do something, not believing they can, to being able to move the way they want to, and do a movement they never thought possible. To watch their confidence grow and watch them shine, makes me light up like a Christmas tree ✨️ 
 
✨️ What is your favorite exercise?
Hands down a squat or deadlift! I could do them and coach them all day every day and never get tired of it. Also, because I’m Satan (apparently) I love a good burpee. All variations are good fun to me.
 
✨️ How do you enjoy your downtime?
In my downtime I like to sleep, eat, and watch movies. I’m pretty introverted.  I love spending time with my family, and I can’t wait for the newest edition to arrive in a few short weeks 😍 
 
✨️ If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Oooh, that’s a tough one. I have always wanted to explore Europe and there’s so much more I didn’t get to see while I was there, but to be honest, Jameson wants me to take him to Antarctica so I think that would be my number one destination at the moment. 

Coach Bridgett 🏋✨️

PT, Group Fitness Instructor

Bridgett is fun, bubbly, and easy to get along with. You’ll probably hear her before you see her, and she’s always down for coffee after a full on session.
 
✨️ what do you love most about coaching?
The thing I love about coaching is watching everyone go through something difficult together and watching them grow and get stronger, I love watching everyone high 5 after a class and get around each other 
 
✨️ What’s your favourite exercise? 
That’s a hard one to nail! I love gymnastics and I love heavy barbells. Anything that kind of makes me want to throw up from working so hard 😂
 
✨️ What do you like to do in your down time?
In terms of my down time I’m either eating or training. 
 
✨️ If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love travel and have been fortunate enough to do quite a bit but somewhere I have not gone to yet is South America! Or Hogwarts 🧙‍♂️

Coach Chris

PT, Group Fitness Instructor and Kids Martial arts Coach

Chris is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, Boxing Victoria registered coach, and is proficient in Muay Thai application. He runs our boxing program through The Sweatshop Fitness & Nutrition as well as the kids’ program through Symbiotic Fitness AU
 
Chris also enjoys Strength Training and is currently enjoying a powerlifting program.
 
Outside of the gym, he has recently entered the Dog Show world with success showing his Briard winning multi awards. And you will meet his award-winning pup Reyn in the gym!
 
✨️ What do I enjoy about coaching? 
The ability to pass knowledge to assist in improving performance, confidence, and physical freedom. 
 
✨️ Favourite exercise: 
The king of lifts the Deadlift is my favourite by far! Although the bench press is rather close.
 
✨️ How do I enjoy my downtime? 
Dog shows and martial arts training are the primary downtime activities. Outside of that is reading into coaching and leadership principles.
 
✨️ If I could travel anywhere, where would it be? 
I would go to Barcelona again without question, however, I’ve always wanted to visit Japan and South America.

Coach Gaby

Gaby is an experienced group fitness instructor holding certificates 3 and 4 in fitness, as well as a boxing outfit certificate.

What do you enjoy about coaching?

Meeting new people and helping them improve their fitness and overall wellbeing.

What is your favourite exercise?

I love being strong. I love deadlifting, squats, bench press and all the variations of those exercises.

What do you enjoy doing In your downtime?

Walking, hiking, Netflix or window shopping.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be, and why?

Holy land! I always wanted to visit places with lots of history specifically from the bible.
