Are there lock in contracts?

We don’t have lock in contracts on our memberships, but some of our programs have minimum commitments. We do this to ensure you get the most out of your program.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Nope. That’s literally what we’re here for. We meet you where you’re at. Whether you haven’t trained in years or you’re just getting back into it post-kids, injury, or burnout. You’ll build fitness as you go, with support every step of the way.

What kind of training do you offer?

We’re a strength and conditioning gym that blends functional fitness, sports-specific movement, and performance-based training. Think barbells, bodyweight, sleds, battle ropes, mobility work, and high vibes. Every class is coached, and no two sessions are the same.

What if I’ve got injuries or limitations?

Then you're in the right place. Our coaches are injury-aware and always happy to modify movements so you can train safely and confidently. We’ll never push you past what your body can handle, but we will challenge you to grow within your range.

Do you offer nutrition support?

Absolutely. We offer online nutrition and lifestyle coaching that pairs perfectly with our training. No cookie-cutter plans, just realistic guidance, tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and (let’s be real) your snack drawer.

Do you provide meal plans?

We don’t provide meal plans as we believe in flexibility and education in nutrition. But we provide meal ideas and recipes to help you make your own meal plans.

What’s the vibe like in the gym?

Supportive. Inclusive. Real. We train hard, laugh often, and leave the ego at the door. We’re a gym where people know your name, your goals, and your deadlift PB. Kids are welcome, effort is celebrated, and community is everything.

I’m time-poor, how many sessions do I have to do?

You can train as much or as little as works for you. Some members come 2x per week and get great results. Others are here 4–5 days. The key is consistency, not perfection, and we help you find a routine that fits your schedule, not the other way around.

Can I do 1 on 1 coaching?

Yes! We offer 1:1 personal training and personal nutrition coaching for those wanting more tailored attention or working towards specific goals. It’s a great option if you’re new to strength training, rehabbing an injury, or just want someone to hold you really accountable. We can either work with you to perfect just one aspect or both.
